Essential Ingredients for Lazy Asian Recipes

Many asian recipes reuse the same core ingredients. By stocking your fridge and pantry with these ingredients and their “short cut” versions, you’ll be able to make multiple dishes faster and easier.

For the fridge (the Asian trifecta):

  • Bottle of minced ginger in water (I use the brand Lee Kum Kee)
  • Pre-peeled garlic (You can find this at most asian grocery stores)
  • Green onions aka scallions

For the pantry:

  • Knorr chicken bouillon cubes
  • Knorr beef bouillon cubes
  • Knorr fish flavored bouillon mix
  • Knorr wonton broth mix
  • Soy Vay Teriyaki Marinade
  • Sriracha
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Canola oil
